Foundation stone laid for Mannarkkad People’s Village; N. Shamsudeen MLA says it is a model for the entire Kerala

The foundation stone of the People’s Village, which consists of five houses being jointly built by the People’s Foundation and Baithussakath Kerala in Ariyur, Mannarkkad, was laid by Baithussakath Kerala Chairman Sheikh Muhammed Karakunnu. The ceremony was inaugurated by N. Shamsudeen MLA. N. Shamsudeen MLA said that the People’s Foundation is providing houses under the names of People’s Home and People’s Village for the deserving all over Kerala. He said that the Foundation is carrying out a great responsibility that the government should carry out and that this work, which is being carried out without considering religion or politics, is a model for the entire Kerala.

The inauguration of the drinking water project was inaugurated by Kalathil Farooq, District President of Jamaat-e-Islami Palakkad. People’s Foundation Secretary Umar Alathur presided over the function. Mannarkkad Block Panchayat President V. Preetha, Kottopadam Panchayat President Jasina Akkara, Block Panchayat members Adv. Ummusalma, Paduvil Kunjimuhammed, Ariyur Mahal President Adv. T.A. Siddique, Ward members Rubina Cholakkal, Parayil Muhammadali, Solidarity District Secretary Muhammad Muhlif, Jamaat-e-Islami Alanallur Area President Lukman, Mannarkkad Area President K.P. Abdul Jabbar, Welfare Party Mandal President Pakath Muhammed, Pullath Muhammedali, People’s Foundation District Coordinator P.S. Abu Faisal, Paduvil Zubair, and Abubin Muhammad spoke.
