The NGO Mentoring Program, launched by People’s Foundation, aims to strengthen and transform the grassroots ecosystem by providing strategic guidance and support to local non-governmental organizations. Through capacity building, leadership development, and experience sharing, the initiative empowers community-based organizations to deliver more impactful and sustainable interventions.

As part of this initiative, a team comprising Mr. Rakesh, District Development Manager of NABARD Kozhikode, and Dr. Nishad VM, Project Director of People’s Foundation, visited the Nadapuram People’s Service Society. The visit included an interactive session with the organization’s leadership, focusing on challenges, opportunities, and potential pathways for enhanced community service. This collaborative approach marks a significant step toward fostering a robust and responsive network of grassroots institutions.
