People’s Foundation Housing Partnership for Seven Extremely Poor Families of Taliparamba Municipality

People’s Foundation Kerala will be participating in the construction of houses for seven families belonging to the extremely poor category of Taliparamba Municipality. A 550 square meter house will be completed in Kurumathur Pokkundu within eight months at a cost of Rs. 8 lakh. People’s Foundation is providing partnership to families who have been dreaming of a house for more than a decade due to lack of land. People’s Foundation will find Rs. 4 lakh for houses costing Rs. 10 lakh including the cost of land with various local cooperation. The announcement of the housing project was made by People’s Foundation District Coordinator C.K.A. Jabbar at a function held at the Municipal Council Hall. The announcement meeting was inaugurated by Municipal Chairperson Murshida Kongai. Vice Chairman Kallingeel Padmanabhan presided over the meeting.

People’s Foundation Kerala received the Municipality’s Service Badge from the Chairperson, Area Coordinator C. Ashraf and Former Coordinator Abdul Rasheed. Standing Committee Chairpersons M.K. Shabitha, Nabeesa Beevi, P.P. Muhammad Nisar, K.P. Khadeeja, Municipality Secretary K.P. Subair, Foundation Area Patron M. Jalal Khan, Councilors Kodiyil Saleem, Valsarajan, and CDS Chairperson Raji Nandakumar extended their greetings. Welfare Affairs Standing Committee Chairperson Rajila P. welcomed the gathering and CDS Member Secretary Mini expressed her gratitude.
