The project aims to install a open well or borewell for families who do not have their own drinking water source. Up to Rs. 1 lakh will be spent on the project. The People's Foundation is also leading the distribution of drinking water in vehicles and tankers to areas where drinking water shortages are severe during the summer months.

A drinking water project will be established to benefit families in areas experiencing drinking water shortages. The People's Foundation will provide financial support of up to three lakh rupees for the project, which will be established with public participation. The People's Foundation is also undertaking the renovation of defunct drinking water projects.

The People's Foundation is also leading the distribution of drinking water in vehicles and tankers to areas where drinking water shortages are severe during the summer months.
