A tea shop was established for the family of a native of Mangatupala, Malappuram, who fell from a tree while working and was paralyzed below the waist and is facing limited mobility. The tea shop and tailoring shop were established as part of the ‘Uyare.. Paraplegia Rehabilitation Project’ launched by the People’s Foundation for paraplegic patients who are bedridden due to spinal injury or other reasons.

People’s Foundation Vice Chairman M. Abdul Majeed inaugurated the event. People’s Foundation Area Coordinator Dr. Akbar presided over the function. V.T. Abdusamad, Prabhakaran, Tharayil Abu, Jabir Vazhakad, Nisar Baqavi, C.P. Jafarali and Nabeel Poovallur spoke.
